About the Event
Walking football is perfect for people with Parkinson’s as it is low contact, below head height, with no running but plenty of movement and cardio exercise. If you are curious about finding out more in a supportive & inclusive environment then this could be for you. Held inside the Dome at Watford FC's Training Ground (astroturf) near Junc 22 of the M25 (London Colney).

All our football sessions are designed to be fun and supportive & are perfect for beginners. The taster session will comprise a short warm up, drills & a small group match, all at your own pace. Suitable for any ages or abilities, regardless of previous experience, for both men & women. You may bring a family member / friend / carer with you to watch or join in if they prefer.
For safeguarding reasons, all new players must pre-register for the event before they can play, please ensure you click the register button and submit the online registration form prior to attending.
Registration is subject to your agreement of our Member's Code of Conduct which must be read and followed by all participants during our events. You can access this here.
